- The product is a agricultural commodity and the force of naturehas the governing hand. Therefore inspite of our best efforts some adjustments have to be made to schedule of delivery.Every precaution is taken to deliver the mangoes in timely manner.
- In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by buymangoes.com for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
- Buymangoes.com shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of buymangoes.com.
- This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Courts at Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
